Re: Cash flow Projection VS Sutter Co. Budget and Sutter Co. Sales Pipeline.
It may be helpful and motivating to provide your son a cash flow projection out about a year prepared monthly. The Cash Flow Projection, a living document, would be populated by sales estimates from a sales pipeline provide from your lead estimator.
If the lead estimator saw how the sales estimates on the Pipe Line impact his pay check, he may be more attentive to the task.
When you implement your new dash board you will need data. These two documents will capture many of those inputs.
Like pursuing M and A opportunities, selling is infinitely expandable.
When you have the work, workers will be attracted to you.
Number 2.
When you make your dash board software decision. Consider getting a second opinion from Thinking-Big Inc. I would cost you a couple of grand.
